911 Memorial

911 Memorial
On 9/11 2001 there was a terrorist attack. The attack was to take down both of the twin towers. This attack took place in New York City. The attacks killed almost 3,000 people and caused at least $10 billion in property and infrastructure damage. Four passenger airliners were hijacked.  2 of the planes were crashed in the North and South towers. Within 2 hours both towers collapsed. This was the deadliest incident for fire fighters.

Reflection: My thoughts about 911 is that this is wrong to be done. I feel sad for the people who died and also I fell frustrated for the terrorist who crashed into the towers. These are my feelings and thoughts of 911.

“What you are as a person is far more important than what you are as a basketball player.”
John Wooden

I think the quote means that how you behave and act as a person is more important than how you act and behave as a basketball player.

Athletic Trainer

Athletic Trainer
An athletic trainer is a certified health care professional who helps in the field of sports medicine. An athletic trainer also specializes in preventing, diagnosing, and treating muscles and bone injuries and illness. Many athletic trainers work in educational settings, such as college or universities.   Others work in physicians' offices or for professional sports teams. Exercise physiologists work in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and university laboratories.
Duties and Responsibilities: Treat injuries to muscles and bones.
Salary:  $35,000 to $75,000 per year.
Education: To become an athletic trainer one must have a degree from an accredited professional level education program and then sit for and pass the Board of Certification examination.

I will not like to become an athletic trainer because I rather go out and play in the field than helping out in the field. Also because they get paid a little. It also seems kind off boring to me.

I don’t know if I will like to become an anesthesiologist because it is too many years of postsecondary education. But at the same time it’s good because you get paid good and it seems good to be there to help someone while they are having surgery.

I think that this quote “Relentless, repetitive-self talk is what changes our self-image” from Denis Waitley means that how you act or talk is what we really are as a person in life.
