Psychotherapy is the general term for the treatment of client’s mental health problems by talking with psychiatrist, phycologist, lisencesed clinical social worker or other mental health provider. During psychotherapy a client learns about their moods, feelings, thoughts and behaviors and how to better respond to life's challenges.

Education: A master degree in clinical psychology and in some cases of a Ph. D
